French Drain

A French drain is a gravel trench containing perforated pipe that collects groundwater before it reaches your foundation. Installed around the perimeter or across problem areas of the yard, it relieves hydrostatic pressure — the root cause of most basement leaks.

We size the drain to your soil and grading conditions, wrap it in filter fabric to prevent clogging, and discharge to a safe outlet or sump system.
