Exterior waterproofing is the most complete defence against a wet basement. We excavate the foundation down to the footing, clean and repair the wall, then apply a multi-stage system: hydraulic cement for cracks, a rubberized membrane, dimpled drainage board, and brand-new weeping tile bedded in gravel.
Because the barrier is on the positive side of the wall, hydrostatic pressure never gets a chance to force moisture through. Every exterior job is backfilled, compacted and left clean — and backed by our lifetime warranty.
